Broadway & Sons offers a 14-day return window for all vintage and contemporary items, provided they remain in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that due to the unique nature of our curated collection, items must be returned in the exact state they were received.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original store tags and vintage documentation are included inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
